The ninth edition of the English Grand Prix — and the first run by the new British Physique Alliance — produced another stellar line-up of champions.

New physique stars were born at the first-ever BPA Rising Stars and Masters All Stars at Bilston Town Hall yesterday.

The promoters are all judges and ex-competitors and it’s their mission to ensure competitors have a fantastic show day after dieting and training hard for months.

A new era in UK bodybuilding got underway in Edinburgh today with the first ever British Physique Alliance competition.
