FAQs
Q. What is the cost of a membership?
A. £50 per annum.
Q. What is the cost of class registration for each show?
A. £50.
Q. Can you enter more than one category?
A. Yes, you can enter one additional category at cost of £50.
Q. How do I register for a show?

Q. What is the criteria for an Novice competitor?
A. A competitor who has either, never competed before, won a Novice Class or placed Top 3 in an Open Class that had a line up of 5 or more competitors irrespective of federation/organisation.
Q. Can I register on the day?
A. No. You must pre-register on-line, this includes paying membership, registration and submitting music (if appropriate) prior to the day.

Q. What additional categories may I be eligible for?
All Master’s may enter the age categories their current age is over and relevant Open categories.
Ladies who feel they may be between classes can enter other categories, and will be judged to the criteria of the chosen categories. I.e. Bikini & Figure, Wellness & Figure.
Men may enter categories their weight allows and physique suits including Classic Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and the Men’s Physique categories and will be judged to the criteria of the chosen categories.
Q. How do I submit my music?
A. This should be submitted to each show promoter emails on website in MP3 format Music should be edited to the section of track required, a maximum one minute long, and the file should be named with the category, athletes name and ‘On stage’ or ‘Off stage’ to indicate when the music should start. Any music with profanities will not be played. Music is only required for Men’s Bodybuilding and Ladies Physique Categories. “I” walk music will be provided for other classes.
Q. Can I take someone backstage with me?
A. This is dependent upon venue facilities. Coach Passes will be available for purchase where circumstances allow. At the Rising Stars (Beginners) Show, athletes are allowed one person backstage. Please contact specific show promoter for any further enquiries.
